Once the job offer is accepted, Novalign will contact previous managers and compare our behavioural assessment with the candidates previous line manager's preceptions.

This additional step contributes significantly, confirming that the candidate is the right person for your job.

If required, references can also be taken at an earlier stage of the recruitment process (with agreement from the candidate).
